This allows us to be confident in the competency of our staff as we regularly supervised, trained appraised and routinely audited their work.

All our care workers will have either already attained or be in the process of attaining an QCF (former NVQ) in Health and Social Care.

All staff undergo an enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check, this was formerly known as CRB; Criminal Records Bureau check.
